1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Property Uganda you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter contracts in Uganda to register an account.

3. Free Listings
Every registered user receives 2 free property listings. Additional listings require the purchase of a listing pack.

4. Listing Accuracy
All listings must be accurate, genuine, and lawfully owned or authorised by the poster. Fraudulent listings result in immediate account suspension.

5. Verification
Verification is optional but strongly encouraged. Verified users receive a trust badge.

6. Payments
All payments are made via Mobile Money. Payment confirmation is required before features are activated. Payments are non-refundable once a feature has been activated.

7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not post fraudulent listings, scam other users, harass others, upload illegal content, or attempt to circumvent platform features.

8. Account Suspension
Property Uganda may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

9. Liability
Property Uganda is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for transactions, disputes, or fraud between users.

10. Amendments
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Name, email, phone number, property listings, uploaded images, payment screenshots, and usage data.

2. How We Use Your Data
To provide and improve our services, verify identities, process payments, personalise your experience, and communicate with you.

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. Supabase for hosting) as necessary to operate the platform.

4. Security
We use industry-standard security including encryption and row-level access controls. However, no system is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us via Instagram.

6. Cookies
We may use cookies or local storage to maintain your session and preferences.
